I have lived in Puglia over half my life! Upon arrival I was immediately taught to how to cook Pugliese food by my mother in law. Over the years I have learnt to appreciate the fabulous wines of the region, through in depth research and a few hangovers! I love cooking, nothing too complicated as long as I’m able to use the freshest seasonal ingredients and Puglia certainly has plenty on offer!
Currently I live in Carovigno countryside, the property comprises of a 200 + year old Noble Villa and a converted stable http://www.villamagnoliaitaly.com . We are fortunate to have 8+ acres of land, produce our own organic olive oil, almonds, citrus fruits, peaches, apricots and a well stocked seasonal vegetable patch.
